The last time it was hot here I got a little dehydrated and felt a bit dizzy. Hot weather might be one of the reasons the human body might feel weaker. If this is the case, drinking plenty of water can already help, but it might not be enough. Staying away from the source of the heat or wearing a cooling vest might already be a good solution, especially for people who need to work outdoors. Whenever a wave of heat comes, I make sure that my fridge is full of icy-cold drinks that are ready to serve. I always make them in a few different flavors depending on what my family members feel like drinking.
