Boycotting Google

There are some people not happy with Google for various reasons, and a lot of them are taking action. Some of the decided to boycott Google by not using Google’s search engine. Personally, I am not going to boycott this company in any way. I would probably not get noticed by Google anyway, so I prefer to use their services so that at least I can benefit from their search engine. I am still hoping that Google will have more competition. Google is currently ruling the Internet and it will probably remain like that for many, many months to come. If you maintain a quite popular blog, a lot of your traffic might be coming from this search engine. Probably some of you are making some money from Adsense, which also belongs to Google.

MyLot

One of the companies which pays you for posting on forums is myLot. There are already over 120,000 registered users and the number is growing. The way the system works is that you can either start a new discussion or post a comment. This company pays you $0.01-$0.03 for every discussion you start and $0.01 for every comment you make. The minimum withdrawal is $10 and you will need a PayPal account to be paid.
You can also earn money by the referral system- there are many people who have a few hundred referrals and considering that you earn 25% of your referral income you might actually earn this way a substantial amount of money.
Even if you are not really interested in obtaining referrals or even posting a lot in hope of earning money, you might just treat myLot as a discussion place and over time your income will accumulate to $10. If this offer sounds interesting you can sign up by visiting their page.

Web Presence

More and more businesses or even regular people are thinking about establishing their Web presence. That seems like a good idea these days as more and more people surf the Internet on a regular basis. The Internet offers potentially unlimited exposure that that is what attracts many people to set up a Web page. Some even turn to Web Design Essex in order to ensure that their website will look professional. I predict that in the next couple of years there will be even more people interested in having their own website. This is currently the trend and it seems that there is no reason that it would change.

Languages

Learning a foreign language is not an easy task. Sometimes it might require many years of studying to be able to speak a language fluently. There are some people out there that studied for many years and now they are able to offer translation services. It might be hard for a typical person to translate from one language to another, but if a person studied for many years, then it becomes easier. There are many languages on this planet and I do not think there is anyone who knows all of them. It would be simply impossible. Various European and Asian languages are the most popular to study.

Enjoy Sharing Videos?

If you want to make some money online, there are different ways to achieve that. For example, you can earn money by sharing videos using services like Revver. Revver is a video sharing website that hosts user-generated content. Basically, it attaches advertising to user-submitted video clips, and shares all ad revenue 50/50 with the creators. It works in a similar way as Flixya, and is one of the first video-sharing websites to monetize user-generated content. This site claims that it offers the possibility to earn hundreds of dollars if you know what you are doing. However, the most important thing if you want to make money with Revver is to distribute your embed codes on many websites and forums, while not spamming anyone. Here is a list of places where you can do so: Magnify.net, Flixya.com, Thevideoawards.com, Infectiousvideos.com, Gamediggity.com, Myvidsrock.com, Vewgle.com, Videojihad.com, Videosift.com, Videobomb.com, Nogged.com, Infeedia.com, Pimpmefamous.com, Thebest.tv.

Flixya is another site of this type. You can earn money by sharing videos with Flixya, and you do not even have to be the creator of the videos. Create a free account, add your Google AdSense ID, and start sharing your favorite videos from youtube.com, gofish.com, daily motion, and other video sites I mentioned above. You can earn 50% of the revenue earned, and you earn money when people click on ads. The amount of money that can earned depends on how popular your shared videos will be, and on the topic of the videos you will share. This is because whether people click on your ads depends on the content of the video as well. You can also earn more money by referring others. You get 20% of the revenue from your referral’s ads. There are users who say they have made $100’s or even $1000’s, but you will need some high quality videos in order to achieve that.

Hosting Your Website

At some point a webmaster will have to make a decision where to host his blog. There are many choices out there and reading webhosting reviews can help you make the right decision. You should try to find a hosting service that fulfills your requirements and at the same time is not too expensive. Make sure you check out various offers before you make the final decision. You should also ask yourself a question whether you want to host one website or multiple websites. Many hosting companies allow to host multiple website just on one hosting account. Naturally, this will not matter to you if you only want to have one website.
